FC Dallas 2-2 Toronto FC

Dallas and Toronto FC took a point each from the 28th match  of the 2008 MLS season.  Cooper opened the scoring for the home side. Toronto  equalized in the 72nd minute and went 2-1 ahead in the 88th seemingly securing the win for them. Cooper,though, saved Dallas with his second goal of the game in the dying seconds of the game.

Chicago Fire 2-2 Colombus Crew

Chicago Fire drew 2-2 with the MLS leaders Columbus Crew. Fire opened the scoring in the 13th minute and that was the way it stayed until half time Columbus played better in the second half and managed to score twice within 2 minutes. Gaven and Barros were  the goal scorers.

Los Angeles Galaxy 3-2 Colarado Rapids

LA Galaxy defeated Colrado Rapids to obtain their 8th win of the season.  Buddle, an own goal scored by Ihemelu and McDonald scored the goals for Los Angeles Galaxy. Colorado fought back with two goals from Gibbs and McManus but Colarado Rapids couldn’t  gain an equaliser to avoid their 14th defeat of the season.

FC Dallas 0-1 Colarado Rapids

 Colorado have won in Dallas against FC Dallas in the USA’s MLS league.. Colarado Rapids won 1-0 after Petke’s 59th minute goal. By and large though this was a dull affair with both sides having few scoring chances.

DC United 0- 2 Houston Dynamo

In this MLS United States soccer match Houston Dynamo comfortably beat  DC United 2-0. Houston dominated the match having a number of chances and converting one in each half; the first in the 27th minute a fiercely struck shot and the second in the 79th minute a glancing header from inside the penalty box.

New York Red bulls 2-2 Los Angeles Galaxy

 Los Angeles Galaxy  only  managed a 2-2 draw at the Home Depot Center in a derby game with the New York Red Bulls.

 LA Galaxy took the lead through Ruiz in the 29th minute but David Beckham was unable to put LA Galaxy 2-0 up when he was denied by the Red Bulls wall from free kick attempts. The Red Bulls equalized before  halftime and unexpectedly went ahead in the 71st minute.

Landon Donovan equalized for LA Galaxy to ensure that they stay 5th in the MLS league with 23 points from 17 games. New York Red Bulls are 11th with only 2 points less.

FC Dallas 2-2 Colarado Rapids

FC Dallas  drew 2-2 against  Colorado Rapids. FC Dallas may have felt that they were moving towards a win after going 2-1up in the 64th minute.

Colorado Rapids took the lead in the 5th minute through a Gomez goal. Cooper scored from the penalty spot and Toja followed this up with a rebound shot to send FC Dallas into the lead. Casey equalised for Colarado Rapids after only 3 more minutes, FC Dallas’ fleeting dreams of a win soon dashed.

Colombus Crew 3 Kansas City Wizards 3

In a game full of thrills and excitement both teams ratlled in three goals and a last gasp winner was denied to Kansas in the 86th minute. This MLS league drama was full of highlights.

Chicago Fire 2 Toronto FC 1

Chicago Fire ascend to 3rd place in the  MLS  after a very late 2-1 win against Toronto FC. Chris Rolfe opened the scoring for Chicago Fire to the delight of the home crowd.

Chicago continued to attack and missed a number of scoring chances. Cuauhtémoc Blanco’s second half attempt summed it all up by hitting the crossbar..
Toronto’s Ibrahim finished off a superb attack to level the score in the 62nd minute but Chicago Fire scored a late winner.

Kansas City Wizards 2 - 1 New York Red Bulls

The Wizards from Kansas City beat the Red Bulls from New York at the Community America Ballpark. Jimmy Conrad and Davy Arnaud gave the Wizards a 2-0 lead  scoring a goal in each half. Juan Pablo Angel pulled one back for the New York Red Bulls with a powerful header.
